Boscastle Supplies offers the following Returns Policy:

We will allow you to return any item up to 7 days, after you have received the item. You will however have to pay the postage for a return.

If it is proven that we made an error with shipping, or it is not as described you may return it for full refund within 7 days of receipt otherwise refunds will not be given.

We accept PayPal, money orders and cheques, or you can contact us via email or toll free telephone to pay by direct VISA or Mastercard (if you feel more comfortable doing it that way).

With shipping costs, please see the shipping link where the costs are published. There is a basic calculator at check out that quotes a fixed shipping price depending upon order size.

Unfortunately this is not always accurate, therefore please contact us for a combined shipping price. When we send you an invoice we always have the combined shipping costs automatically included

Please note import fees, taxes and customs duties may be charged by your countries customs department upon arrival of the package in your country, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
